This Privacy Policy describes how Mantri Serenity Ganesha Utsava Organizing Committee and Livetree Entertainment ("we", "us", or "our") collect, use, process, and protect your personal information when you use our resident registration portal at https://mantri.livetree.in.

When you make a booking for the Sahabhojanam festive lunch, we collect the following personal information:

  • Contact & Identification Details: Full Name, Apartment Number (e.g. A-204), Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address.
  • Booking Details: Selected Lunch Batch (12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, or 2:30 PM), household breakdown (count of Adults, Children, and Kids), total amount calculated, and unique Reference ID.
  • Transaction Records: Razorpay Payment ID, payment timestamp, payment method used (UPI/Card/Netbanking), and payment status. (Note: We NEVER receive or store your card number, CVV, bank passwords, or UPI PIN).
  • Technical Data: Browser user agent, IP address, and session timestamps collected automatically for network security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

  • Generating and confirming your digital entry pass and booking reference.
  • Verifying resident status and apartment allocation at the event reception desk.
  • Accurately forecasting food preparation and batch seating to eliminate food wastage and overcrowding.
  • Sending automated booking confirmations, transaction receipts, and essential event updates via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
  • Processing authorized cancellations or refund requests in coordination with our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
  • Maintaining an accurate audit trail of event registrations and financial accounting.

3. Payment Security & Third-Party Processing

Online payment transactions on this portal are handled exclusively through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator.

All financial data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol directly between your device and Razorpay's secure checkout environment. Our servers never store, log, or have access to your sensitive card or banking credentials.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We respect your privacy and follow a strict zero-selling policy:

  • No Commercial Sale: We will never sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information to any third-party marketing or advertising companies.
  • Authorized Service Providers: Information is shared only with Razorpay (for processing your payment transaction) and our designated event check-in volunteers at the venue desk.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if mandated by applicable law, court order, or governmental authorities.

5. Data Retention & Security

We apply robust administrative, physical, and technical safeguards (including HTTPS/HSTS encryption, strict firewall rules, and restricted admin credentials) to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration.

Your booking details are retained until the conclusion of the Ganesha Utsava 2026 event and subsequent financial reconciliation audits, after which records are archived or purged in accordance with our data lifecycle guidelines.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website utilizes local storage and minimal session cookies solely to facilitate smooth form interactions, remember your batch selection, and maintain secure session tokens for verified administrators. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Privacy Rights

As a resident, you have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your booking information. To exercise your rights or request assistance with your booking records, please contact our support desk.
