Welcome to Mantri Serenity Sahabhojanam resident portal (accessible at https://mantri.livetree.in). These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and registration for the Ganesha Utsava 2026 Sahabhojanam festive community lunch scheduled on 20 September 2026 at Mantri Serenity Banquet Halls & Club House.
By accessing or using this portal to reserve lunch slots or make payments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms detailed herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this service.
1. Organizer & Service Overview
This event registration portal is managed by the Mantri Serenity Ganesha Utsava Organizing Committee in partnership with Livetree Entertainment ("we", "our", or "us"). The portal facilitates slot-based meal bookings, capacity tracking, payment acceptance, and entry pass issuance for residents and their households.
2. Eligibility & Resident Obligations
- Eligibility: The Sahabhojanam is intended for bona fide residents of Mantri Serenity and their invited family/guests.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your Full Name, Apartment Number, Mobile Number, Email ID, and the exact headcount of attendees (Adults, Children, Kids).
- One Pass per Household: A resident may book slots for their household members. Each attendee (adult, child, or kid) occupies one designated capacity place in the selected lunch batch.
3. Pricing, Tariffs & Payment Terms
The registration charges for the Sahabhojanam meal are fixed as follows:
- Adult (Above 10 years): ₹450 per resident
- Child (5 to 10 years): ₹225 per child
- Kid (Below 5 years): Free entry (registration required for accurate seating allocation)
All prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹). Payments made through this portal are securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway using supported methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and authorized Wallets.
4. Batch Adherence & Entry Rules
To ensure comfortable dining, zero overcrowding, and high hygiene standards, the lunch is strictly divided into three designated time batches:
- Batch 1: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM (130 places)
- Batch 2: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (100 places)
- Batch 3: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM (180 places)
Residents must arrive within their booked batch timing. Entry will be verified at the Club House / Banquet Hall reception desk using your booking Reference ID or registered apartment number.
5. Cancellation & Transferability
Bookings are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Bookings cannot be commercially sold or scalped, but may be transferred to another resident within Mantri Serenity upon notifying the organizing desk.
6. Code of Conduct & Safety
Attendees are expected to maintain community decorum, observe venue hygiene, and cooperate with event volunteers. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave in cases of disorderly conduct or safety violations.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be liable for any unforeseen delays or alterations resulting from force majeure events including acts of God, severe weather, governmental directives, or power interruptions. In such cases, the committee will make reasonable alternate arrangements or issue appropriate notices.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
